1) FAWAD AFZAL KHAN
His easy charm and flawless talent have made Fawad Afzal Khan a household name in India as well as Pakistan. Having risen to fame with the Pakistani serial Humsafar, Fawad went on to star in Zindagi Gulzar Hai. Interestingly, both Humsafar andZindagi are among the highest rated shows on Pakistani television. This year, the Pakistani star made his Bollywood debut opposite Sonam Kapoor in Khubsoorat. The film earned him rave reviews with Masala!'s reviewer Lokesh Dharmani, saying that the actor "is simply FABULOUS" and "packs a controlled, underplayed performance". The Fawad frenzy already took Bollywood by storm when Khubsoorat released. We hope the magic continues.

2) EKTA KAPOOR
One of the most successful women entrepreneurs in Bollywood, Ekta Kapoor is also among those rare celebrities who have left an indelible footprint on Indian television as well as cinema. The soaps produced under her banner Balaji Telefilms --- Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasauti Zindagi Ki, Kahin to Hoga, among others --- have been game changers on television. On the other hand, Ekta's film productions such as Shootout at Lokhandwala, Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, Ragini MMS, Dirty Picture and Ek Villain have met with commercial as well as critical success.

3) HUMAIMA MALICK
Humaima Malick made her film debut with the pathbreaking Bol. The film earned her rave reviews for her performance, and she won the Best Actress award at the Lux Film Awards and the London Asian Film Festival. Ever since there has been no looking back. This year, she forayed into Bollywood with Raja Natwarlal, opposite Emraan Hashmi and received a phenomenal response. Buzz is that the actress has signed a couple of more Bollywood projects, and we are likely to see more of her.
