I read the whole INSTEP interview in detail just now and must say absolutely loved every bit of it. The more I read about him and his answers, it make me feel happy to know that he has come such a long way. In every respect, its been a metamorphosis for Fawad's public persona post his stint in india and he is more open, more cheeky and more comfortable with his image in subcontinent across borders. I guess getting accepted by the audience of a neighbouring coubtry, a controversial territory and beyond has helped him to be more confident about his stature. His answers reflect that , atleast to me.

Few portions which I loved-

He has surely become more frank telling that he finds his co actors attractive. I cnt believe he uttered that he finds Sonam, Mahira, Sanam Saeed hot. I mean Fk, you really said this? Are you getting bollywoodfied? 😆 . A man who took permission from Sonam to say the word sexy for her on komal nahata show in a way shedding off inhibitions to say this? I agree for onscreen chemistry, its necessary to find your colleague attractive. I guess him and Sadaf also have come a long way thats why this much detailed answer.

Second is what he said about marriage and break up. Yup so true that marriage is hard wrk and you constantly has to work on it. Lovely take Mr Khan. And I loved how cheekiky he said that intimacy onscreen part of his job and his wife is sensibly woman enough to comprehend that the best he is at it, more comfortable he is paying those bills. Brilliant intelligent answer.
I guess you love to pay your bills too Fk. I love his no nonsense money talks, to the point.


Lastly, how he described bollywood, the accolades he got including Shobha De though mentioning that title was inaccurate. Oh was it Pakistan's Fawad Khan -India's heart throb? Yes I guess he is more comfortable being loved and appreciated than being given names. And as I said earlier, he does not say different things in different parts of the world to suit few people tastes and opinions, not even in his country, thats why always speaks so fondly about indian hospitality. So few of his admireres really should stop complaining about this country and his choice of working here as frankly he does not share the same opinion and never will.


Two funny things, Sadaf is not a girl, but a woman, isnt that picked up from Sonam? Fawad is not a boy , but a man. Wow Fk, kisi ne tum pe yeh line bola, aur tumne use Biwi pe use kar diya. Very intelligent. 🤣 . He is surely influenced by Sonam. And did he really mentioned that him and Sonam never harboured any gande gande thoughts regrading each other? I mean seriously Fawad? Sorry I cannot imagine you telling this. Its just not possible, I guess its reporter's belief only and as if there were something, the man in question would admit it like that. Yes Shweta, as I always mentioned that lot were at stake for Fawad and his reputation and stature as a popular actor branching out from that comfort zone. People wanted him to do those dramas only as it pkeases them and their taste of seeing him as perfect man. But he chose very rigidly to work here that too in a project which on paper looked disaster. All were apprehensove and haters were ready with guns and knives to wrote him off and say look how he ruined himself by choosing work in bollywood. That opinion is still prevalent among many but I do think he does not give much thought yo it any more. Khoobsurat gave him the exposure, zindagi gave him the much needed hysterical fandom and his acting skills gave him all accolades from industry peopke and critics. Its surely must have been more than satisfying feeling for him, and he must have felt content that his decision and gut feeling was right. The gamble yielded result in his favour and thats why we are seeing this version of FAWAD-frank, more open and enjoying the high in his career to command though never forgetting his originality. He surely has travelled a lot, changed rapidly but still have those traits intact of a humble, polite man who knows what to speak and where not to speak.

In short, shout, scream, accuse as much as you can, Fawad is the STAR for his country and people should be proud of that fact rather than shoving their opinions down throat. Dont like him, dont even bother to mention him to seek attention or get clicks. Reflects hypocrisy imho.
