The writer of that article is being harsh but to a certain point i can relate to it. When i saw the show after ZGH, I hadn't liked it much since the plot of the drama is the plot of almost every serial here. So it kind of puts you off if you think in 'what new is going to be offered in the story' way. Not to forget, people in india had watched ZGH first so the expectations will be sky high and HS is more a romantic fairy tale unlike ZGH which was more of a realistic show.

But later ofcourse i ended up loving the show. I think i must have wept in most of the scenes post leap. In HS, what stands out is the fabulous performances, some beautifully shot scenes and sequences and the whole presentation. The actors and the director took this show onto a new level altogether. Shows the caliber.

I hope they wait for the next best part of the show, the post leap phase. I am sure people wont be able to stop raving about the performances.

As for acting Skills , FK did not disappointed even small moments with Khirad , Yes MK i felt was not up to the mark in the start but she picked up .

And about yesterday's epi, it belonged to FK and MK. Both their performances were brilliant. The scene that stood out for me was when Khirad falls down, and they show Asher sitting down near the beach but for a second you feel he's sitting down to pick her up. Beautifully shot.

Agree its the post separation period which has done also beautifully where Khirad is shown to be proud one . She was always a self respecting person that was the reason she kept her distance with Asher in the initial period as she had heard his talk with his friend . It was Aasher who took the initiative being the person who respect relations and wants to fulfill them . He brought her out with his love and care .
In this show Mirror has been used beautifully . And the scene you described when Khirad falls down and same moment Asher sitting and Asher,s words echo in her ears about her being fragile as if sitting with her and well connected , directed show . And then Khirad going in the truck and Asher,s car behind that truck .
Asher also is victim , first mother told him that she went with Khizar and will talk about divorce . Khizar already was gone to US when he had breakdown . This all just blocked his mind where Khirad was concerned . He felt cheated and betrayed .
