He encouraged her to study.. yes, he was jealous of Khizar but Khizar was not acting naturally... He was working at the behest of Fareeda and this jealous and insecurity ka feeling was being planted slowly but steadily...

Not trying to defend Asher, but as Sundas said, the mistake he made was that he did not listen to her when she contacted him

but yes i rem Khirad mother passes away and she was devastated..that was really emotional and MK was soo good in that scene, i felt like crying thr such a grief stricken real family they looked😭

It also has the Sara suicide attempt and then Sara ka rona-dhona etc etc...

ya I missed that part. Plus asher once heard his mom talking to someone(dont know whether it was real call or fake)that khirad and khizar r becoming very friendly.then khizar also always praising khirad infront of asher.so ya khizar n fareeda were slowly poisoning his mind.
