i liked zaibu initially, lateron i donno is it the actress or the character made me completely anti zaibu 😕

For me it was a bit of both, the character more. I was so disappointed in Rohail's mother as well, that drama is just so complicated 🥱

i can write an essay on my disappointment at Rohail's mother .. the drama had all hypocritical characters except Rohail and Madiha.. even bedi was such a jerk, he changed colors like a chameleon..

but Zaibu wins it , hands down, i mean excuse me lady, you commit a mistake, you want to regret but instead of telling the truth you complicate things further by playing the self pity game and painting madiha and Rohail as the culprits 🤢

why did sarmad mess it up ? its hard to believe that sarmad directed it, because this guy had given so much equity to Ashar and khirad in terms of characters, but in case of Ashk, he failed to justify zaibu ..

I think the script itself of Ashk was so terrible, the direction could barely do any justice. I don't see how Zaibu could be justified as a character, and how the audience is supposed to pity her, when she's the cause of basically everything.

the story was not bad sana.. matlab i would love it had it been made in a better way .. but as u said, its pretty hard to justify the female lead who is someone like zaibu, and thats where the drama failed at.. instead of feeling pity for her, i felt pity for everyone else.. ugghh she made me dislike Rohail's mother too..

i just dont know how damn can she convince his mother that he sleeps with his best friend, like WTH .. i thought she belonged to a respectable family, daughter of an army man, and her thoughts are so cheap and disgusting 🥱
