I might get bashed for saying this, but didn't Fawad say he wants to breakaway from the stereotypical lover boy image that he's garnered and do more unconventional stuff? Why would he sign up for another love story? I mean from what I've read so far in articles, they suggest that the book is mainly a love story with a political front..

Happy about Fawad's next venture in Bollywood. I think he has opted to do safe cinema in Bollywood which will not raise too many eyebrows back home and he seems to be very comfortable with Kapoors Anil, Rhea and Sonam which must have prompted him to sign the next film. He also has his Pakistani projects so fans from both sides can be content.

But if he works more in Bollywood it will be good for fans in both countries means he will be more visible in all the platforms and the movies can be watched by fans everywhere in the world but Pakistani films are not available to all. So as his Indian fan I wish he does more Bollywood. The industry here is very competitive out of sight will mean out of minds soon so this is the time for him to encash on the popularity he has gained here.

Humsafar is Diwali gift to the Indian audience which will help him further here because right now people still have a huge hangover of Fawad in India after Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Behadd and now Khoobsurat. Humsafar will carry it on for sometime. He should sign some projects here soon.

That was our first reaction as well... we filled so many pages discussing it to death 😆 Finally came to the conclusion that its FK's choice and his wish... he must have seen something in the script to say "Yes"... So we moved on and have accepted him as Zain Altaf Khan... People who have read the book have appreciated the character...

On another note, hoping that MJ and Akshat's movie also get announced soon. 😊
