Most of the times their predictions do come true but even if KS does not work it has worked in favor of Fawad in many ways. Hope it gets him better projects in India and he comes back to work here.

I thought that Dawn review unnecessarily tried to stir a controversy now that everything is going well. What is the point of comparing him to Khans and Kapoors. And sorry he is ours kind of sounded so rude, that is what i hate about Dawn and Tribune, writers are biased from politics to entertainment

I am sure thr wud be someone who other peopl liek and i see nothing special in them😃

If you appreciate one actor does not mean that you are degrading the others . All have their own Charm and stands apart whee acting is concerned .Some of Fawad, s shows were kind of our movies . yes only difference was time period . After some time there comes a movie with neat an clean image with no crap language which puts you off whether movie is brilliant . You can not watch with children or should say watch with your whole family without being embarrassed .
Its just the work of an actor i appreciate . So while watching his show i wanted to think of some actor who could put his feet in his shoes and it was same about Kashaf,s role also where Tabu only came to mind . Appreciation should be given where it deserves .

I don't exactly live at proper Kolkata , I live at a suburban place at 30 minutes distance to the heart of the city .
And yes , in the movie theater where I watched the movie , it was 99% filled in the 6 pm slot . 😳

Sometimes movies get viewership from words of mouth starts spreading . It happened already with many movies in the past but became block busters .

I freaking loved it...watched the movie today in a packed hall at a suburban Kolkata multiplex & it was AMAZING . I had very very low expectations from this movie when I was entering the hall . But, at the end I left with so much satisfaction & happiness . Fawad Khan was FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC & very very convincing as the Rajput prince Bikram Singh Rathore & Sonam has very good chemistry with her co-star . The kiss , the hugs...all were so dreamy & droolworthy . Sonam, though can not even come closer to Fawad when it comes to acting...just bloomed & shined in all the scenes with him . ☺️

Though I'm still a student from a very middle class family , I'll surely buy the blue ray dvd of this movie the first day it comes into my local dvd store . My parents have already agreed . My entire family loved this movie . So , we're going to watch it again on Sunday . 🥳

👏 🥳 Welcome! TFS your review! Yay for the team👍🏼

6 Reasons To Watch Disney's First-Ever Bollywood Film Khoobsurat'

by Nidhi Singh

It's not every day you get to see a Disney prince or princess in Bollywood. Now, we don't have to wait much longer. After months of promotions, teasers and music launches, Disney's "Khoobsurat" is ready to hit theaters Sept. 19. The world will meet the wonderfully quirky Mili Chakravarty, played by Sonam Kapoor, who finds herself in a whirlwind of a love story.

Although the storyline is distinct from the 1980 "Khubsoorat," starring Rekha, Rakesh Roshan and the late Dina Pathak, audiences are buzzing about the storm Mili will bring to the big screen. The film's director Shashank Ghosh promises comedy, Disney magic, and of course Bollywood romance.

Here are a few reasons why Disney's "Khoobsurat" is the next Bollywood movie to watch:

1. Fawad Khan...duh

The Pakistani actor is making his big Bollywood debut as the charming Rajput Prince Vikram Rathore. If you haven't been keeping pace with the film's teasers, you're missing out. Khan's dapper look and sexy voice have audiences eager to see the charm he will bring to the screen.

2. Bollywood finally has a Disney Princess!

We have been introduced to princesses from older time periods and other cultural regions, but it's not every day you find a modern-day, hopeless-romantic-turned-princess in Bollywood. Sonam Kapoor's portrayal of the quirky Mili brings a free spirit that is reminiscent of former Disney princesses.

3. Ratna Pathak Shah as Nirmala Devi Rathore

Ratna Pathak Shah reprising her late mother's role from the 1980 Khubsoorat is a character we are all excited to meet once again. The stringent Nirmala Devi will be hitting the screen with a modern and royal twist.

4. The wonderful Kirron Kher

Kirron Kher, as Manju Chakravarty, Mili's eccentric mother, will be butting heads with the strict Nirmala Devi Rathore in the film. Kher always brings a certain energy and liveliness to her roles and dives into her character so well that you tend to forget she is actually Kirron Kher.

5. Abhi toh party shuru hui hai!

The soundtrack for Disney's Khoobsurat was produced by Sneha Khanwalker andt brings a blend of quirkiness, romance and fun. Baadshah in particular composed the film's fist-pumping track, "Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai," that truly emulates Mili's wild character.

6. Fawad Khan...again (sorry, not sorry lol)

Can we just look at him once more?! ::drool::

I sincerely hope this movie does wonderful business in every place of India . Btw, it is not released in any of the small theaters . Only in the multiplexes...at least in my place . Why is that I don't know 😕. So, that'll definitely create some problems for it's business .
The problem is Khoobsurat is a very sweet kind of romantic movie . No one in there was uttering torrents of slangs & meaningless rude lines like they do in typical masala high-grossing bollywood movies . So , may be it won't be too enjoyable for some kind of people...after all it has a very sophisticated touch about it .
