Makers have gone mad.
They have forgotten what they had planned, no idea what they are showing, don't know how to take it forward from the current point, only doing last min changes according to their mood without thinking much......looks like Bhang ka nasha inpe kuch zyada hi chad gaya hain.
About the editors, I can only say they really don't watch the scenes again or it will be much better to say they really don't pay much attention to continuity of that scenes after chopping some scenes in between.
It was visible in yesterday's episode too, Monami ka reaction kal kuch zyada hi ho gaya when JuJu entered the room or when she was narrating the whole thing to Sanju, jabki utna kuch hote huye dikhaya bhi nahi gaya tha uske saath.
I know the fans would not have liked that #MoLi scene, if makers have showed it but I think they shouldn't have cut it because that would have justified Monami's after reaction which they showed.
Also, to the script/dialogue writers who did last min dialogue changes, to that back story of Monami, kam se kam recent episodes toh dekh lete how they showed behaving Monami around Balli.

They show monami just like that only. It was obvious she was pretending from the beginning. Because she caught him red handed everyone he do something out of character.

For Monami's reaction, I guess there were subtle scenes. Because hume uske inner thoughts nahi dikhaaye, toh aisa laga ki usko bilkul shaq nahi hai.
Like, date waale scenes mein uske aise reactions dikhaaye the, where she felt weird about him. Like, when Balli didn't pull her chair out (as Karan usually does), Balli offering her beer (I don't remember if either of them drink, but Monami mostly likely doesn't, considering her scrunching her nose up at the smell of the beer), her expression when Balli pulled her closer.
She did comment to Sid after she got the punishment- Yeh mera waala Karan nahi lag raha.
Toh, writing issue mujhe zyaada nahi laga. Isse better tareeke se dikha sakte the, thode aur subtle hints daalkar, but it didn't seem too unreal.
Continuity issue about Balli misbehaving with Monami waala scene, I agree. Sanju-Sid coming into the room also seems patchy and weird. They could have shown that scene jahan par Monami use kehti hai ki uska haath chode, aur wo nahi chodta, toh wo thodi darr jaati hai, and says it in a louder tone. Wo bed waala scene nahi bhi dikhaana toh...
Planning toh, mujhe theek hi lag rahi hai. Dhanu ko maarne ka point kuchh zyaada samajh nahi aaya (maybe a cast issue?) par theek hai. Storyline toh theek lag rahi hai mujhe. Tumhe kya ajeeb laga?
Faizi ke character ko mess up kar diya, I feel (I mean, agar dono Monami-Faizi ko oblivious dikhaate toh bhi samajh aata, because wo explanations jo humne di. Par agar Monami ko yeh differences notice karte hue dikhaaya, toh Faizi ko bhi dikhaana chahiye) par us mein kuchh naya nahi hai.
I would have preferred agar Faizi ki jagah Sanju would be the one who didn't notice these things, agar teenon mein se kisi ko oblivious dikhaana hi tha toh. Warna, teenon ko hi suspicious dikha dete.

I think ye spoilers ki wajah se they have to make certain changes? I didn't watch the last two episodes so yeah, it does seem weird.. like Monu darling ko shaq tha to shakal pe dikna chahiye if not in her thoughts.. but Sanj was taking the cake and they felt fans naraz ho jayenge to ye gadbad kar diya
MoLi ko dikhana chahiye tha .. even if it was shown as flashback scene in short when she explained to Sanju
Date wale scene Mai they just focused on her waiting and wanting a proposal isi beech mei dikha dete that she felt weird about him not doing the usual thing like usne ye kyu nahi kiya type (all the things you mentioned)
After that.. date to Monu ne hi arrange ki thi and she brought the drinks so I don't see the issue😆
Faizi isn't given enough space and exploration and I'll always say that. Bande k paas Dil hai lekin dimag bhi to hai na.. ye kya mazak bana k rakha hai uske character ko

I think unka intention yeh tha ki iss proposal waali want se sab ka focus shift karo, taaki sabko lage ki use pata nahi, and then reveal it (like they did). Kyunki kaafi subtle hints dikhaaye the, and I was wondering ki wo aisa dikha sake. Sanju ka bhi aisa dikhaana chahiye tha.
Basically, the point of such things (as far as I have seen) is to raise the stakes. Agar yeh log aisa dikhaate ki kisi ko kuchh shaq nahi hua, it's basically telling the readers that the villains are winning. Toh, people want to see more, ki ab heroes kya karenge. And it's revealed that the heroes are one step ahead. Basically, told from the villains POV.
[Inverse is also true, jahan par they show the heroes winning and then it is revealed ki it's all a trap from the villains, like they did during the Sanju track]
But Sanju ko suspicious dikhaakar cheezen weird ho gayi. It seemed to be telling from Sanju's POV, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Yaa toh Balli ke POV se dikhaate ya phir saare academy waalon se. Sirf Sanju ka POV ka logic samajh nahi aaya.
As for the beer, Karan probably drinks but Monami didn't expect him to be so concentrated on the beer and not her. Also, Monami was surprised when Balli offered her the beer, and she smelled it, before scrunching her nose up and keeping it down.
