Gaurav Chopra plays it safe
He adds, "And Chunky's comments may be full of jokes that make everyone fall down laughing but he can also be extremely serious with his remarks at times. Though the usual remarks tend to be jokes he makes of the contestants and the judges."
Gaurav is happy to be part of ZND because working with Star One is familiar ground for the actor. He says, "I have been a member of Star One ever since I started out with my career. I did Dil Kya Chahta Hai before ZND and got a massive response for my performance. Audiences loved my character. I have grown up watching English TV shows and I think that Star has matched up to them with their quality, their focus and the execution of the format of shows."
He is also thankful to the channel and plans to work with them on several other projects in the future. He says, "Since Star came into existence, they have targeted the urban viewer in particular. And the channel has lived up to the viewer's expectations. After ZND, I am looking forward to continuing being part of Star. In fact, I am doing a serial with them called Tyohaar Dhamaka, with Mouni Roy and others. As far as I know, Star always brings smile to audience and I really owe a lot to them."
