The episode starts with Krishna asking pyare to make a drink. He retorts that he isn't his servant. Krishna says that he'll become if he isn't, then asks them to remember that if he isn't, then their whole plan will fail. Tai hears this then asks pyare to get to work when they start fighting. Survi knocks on door, and kalindi and krishna promptly hide. Finally they open the door, and Survi enters and says that Kartik being genuine, and kind hearted, forgave Tai. She just came to check if he is here. But she says that she knows very well that she wouldn't allow Kartik to be instigated by her thoughts. Tai denies and asks her to go. Survi says goodnight, and that she'll rest in peace as no plan of hers will work now. Survi keeps saying that before Kartik left, he has called lawyer and asked for property papers to be made for the entire 1000 crores, and named to her and tomorrow the lawyer is coming for his final sign. Tai is tensed while all are aghast. Survi then leaves. after she leaves, they sit together to make new plan. Kartik says that tai will get the property only when he signs and he won't. The woman tells him if he doesn't it will set off the alarm for Survi. pyare thinks that now they have to think what excuse Krishna can give tomorrow, so that he doesn't have to sign any papers and asks Tai to do something. Krishna leaves. Tai and all are visibly frustrated, while pyare comes with an idea. His idea is Krishna would become sick, and they will feed him Jamaal ghota, so that he is rendered unable to sign any papers. Tai snaps him not to kid.
In her room, Survi is pacing nervously. khushi comes. Survi asks her if she wants anything. She asks why is she tensed. Survi says that she's alright. khushi demands for a story. As Survi begins, Krishna enters. They eye each other tensedly. Khushi welcomes him so that they can hear the story together. He complies. Survi recalls the video. Before sitting on the bed, he jumps up, and finds that the bed is wet. His hand accidentally bumps the glass jug. Survi tells him to change. When he goes with the closet, she points him the right one. He complies and leaves. When he returns, Survi asks him to sleep. Krishna asks where's the bed. Survi asks how can he forget that he always sleeps out. He gets to taking the bed out and starts making his bed. Survi helps him and talks about his sign on the property papers. He resignedly agrees. She starts praising him and his likeness at naming everything after her. He stays silent. Survi then talks about his signature changing. It takes him off track, but he composes himself and asks how did she know. She tells him about the phone call and asks the reason behind it. He makes up some excuse about the priest telling him when she had kept the fast. She says that was the day of the accident. He says that he was told that it's auspicious. khushi asks him to show the signature. He hesitates at first but manages to distract her saying that he'll show tomorrow. They both go to sleep. Krishna gets tensed finding Survi watching him while putting khushi to sleep. Just then, the lights go off. Survi is suspicious as Kartik used to be afraid of darkness but now he is sleeping with ease. Meanwhile the phone rings and survi receives it. The police tells her that the sketch Kartik got them drawn is of a lady who has died 10 years ago. Survi is shocked, and says that she'll talk to him. Krishna asks what was it about. She lies that maternal uncle called to say he won't be able to come for Ganesh puja. She gets up to go, clarifying that she is going to get water as he gets thirsty at night. Krishna relaxes while she leaves the room. He gets tai's call asking him not to come out tomorrow and if anyone calls him, he should hurriedly get down, and wince in pain so that people think his hand is broken then he won't have to sign papers. He agrees with her plan. Downstairs, Survi says everything to Kishore. She says with certainty that this man can't be Kartik. Kishore is shocked. She says that she started suspecting when he changed his signature without telling her, then she tells about kalindi, Tai and pyare being brought home, and then his changed behaviour. She says that this is not because of black magic. She says that Kartik never told about naming the property to her, but she bluffed and he fell for it, hence this man isn't Kartik and the video was manipulated. She says strongly that the woman in the video was Kalindi. They decide that they can't let anyone know about their suspicions, and it can mean only two things that either real Kartik is in their trap or something is seriously wrong so till they find out about him, they won't say a word. Survi hopes that lord Ganesha will save Kartik.
An elderly couple talks about a man, who they rescued, is unconscious. The man asks the woman not to waste time, as it's useless and he will die soon. She says that if he had to, he would have died long back after falling from such heights, but he didn't, which means that there's someone who is praying for him and she won't let those prayers go in vain. She goes to check the patient, who is none other than real Kartik.


Precap: Kishore and Survi eavesdrop while Tai is saying how its impossible for Kartik to stay alive after falling from such height. pyare assures her not to be tensed as they have misplaced krishna with kartik, and nobody will know till Kartik comes back himself. Kishore says that Survi was right. She says that she knows that nothing will happen to Kartik.
