The episode starts with Survi getting know from kishore's call that there is no trace of rahul. She asks if there is any other clue. He says that there is an old burnt factory some years back which he never got revamped. This raises her suspicions and she says that they should dig into it further, and asks him to wait for her as she'll come and they can search together. He complies. She finds meher cuddling upto kartik and tries to signal him to listen to her. Tai comes and sees this. She stands in front of meher asking her through signals to step aside with her. With the pretext of giving Tai laundry for ironing, meher and Tai goes aside. kartik rushes to survi, and she tries to talk about this development but he doesn't consider it safe to discuss when they are being watched. meher watches them and thinks that tai's talks of black magic is right. She asks what the matter is. They get tensed to see her. survi says that she has to go for a USG, but kartik isn't allowing her alone. meher asks him to go with her as it's his baby and he's right in not trusting her. Pretending to be angry at each other, survi and kartik leave. meher decides to teach survi a lesson today.
In hospital, survi explains everything and asks to go, but kartik insists that she stays here instead he'll go. She asks if he doesn't want to be there for the first USG of their baby. He says that he does, but adds that they're separated for his welfare itself, and then turns to leave. But survi's pallu gets stuck in his handcuff and they eye each other romantically. However, he unclasps and they emotionally part their ways. The doctor comes and tells survi that her room is ready.
Here, kartik collides into a nurse, who was meher un disguise but he doesn't realize it.

Kishore and kartik arrive at factory and find the front gate guarded. They decide to sneak in through the back window but find nothing but old files. While rummaging, one of the files fall and the guard is alert. He hears footsteps, and calls ranbir, who sys that he shall shortly come. When he does, he asks for the keys. kartik and kishore meanwhile go through the files to find any link to rahul. Ranbir enters, he doesn't find anyone in the room, whereas they are baerely hanging by the thread, having climbed outside the window and stuck against the wall of the building. He closes the window back then yells at the guard for day dreaming and then leaves.
As the doctor starts with her checkup, meher comes in, and gets the doctor out for some emergency. She comes to survi and asks her routine questions as to if this is her first pregnancy. survi answers in the affirmative and meher fumes when she gives her name as Survi Kartik Barve. survi starts ranting about how she'll live with her family, after getting together with babe and kartik, meher is barely able to control the anger. later, while survi is unable to identify anything in the USG, meher says that she'll explain and then starts the countdown. once she finishes the light goes off and the door is closed. survi gets tensed and asks why she did so. she says that she wants to make her understand. survi asks what, getting scared. meher slowly progresses towards her, while survi is cornered against the wall.


Precap: meher throws survi around. She experiences a sharp pain in her belly. On the other hand, kartik rushes back to the hospital, screaming for her. She too screams back for him. As he finally opens the door of the room, is startled to see the scene there.
