The episode starts with Survi accusing to Karthik that he never tried to be her husband, shared his happiness and sadness with her. So the day he'll prove to be a good husband, she'll put on sindoor of his name...but before that, he need to learn to recognize the true relations, to be a good brother and son. She adds she always stood by him as a dutiful wife, but today she isn't able to give him this right and if she's wrong, he should forgive him. Kartik says says she is right and he won't ask for his right, she will give it to him by herself. He promises to be a good brother, son and husband and be her protector like she has been. Meanwhile commissioner calls him and he leaves. Survi hugs Shanti and says the bad days are gone now. Lata says to Tai that today she's sad that Tai had decided to murder, but God didn't let it happen. Tai thinks about Kartik's words in her room but suddenly she freezes spotting a snake coming towards her.
Kartik apologizes to Lata, who says a son never apologizes to mother. Kartik tells Shanti remorsefully that he had taken his eyes off her, she must forgive him if possible. Tai comes out saying she knows that she hurt him so much. When Kartik turns to her, she throws the snake at him. It bites Kartik and immediately he drops on floor. Survi cries calling his name. Tai laughs evilly, then says she had told them that she will be MahaKaali today and as he broke the promise to Tai, his promise will have to die today. Lata tells Survi to call doctor but Bindu snatches the phone from Survi's hand. Tai catches the phone, Survi goes to take it but she breaks the phone. Survi madly runs towards the other phone but Hema breaks it too. Survi says to Lata that they must take him home. Tai's goons enters. Tai asks Kartik why he is staring at her, he didn't leave her with an option. Kartik says it's not her mistake, it's his as he considered her a Devi but there was something missing in his pooja, what was the need of such money and fame that breaks all the relations. He cries that he is sad she didn't ask him for all that she needed. Tai claps, tells everyone to clap as well. She mocks that there's so many like him and he'd never have happily given her anything. She says but if he writes all the property to her name and she can give him anti-venom to save his life. She says she only needs his property not life. Survi asks her to give the anti-venom. Tai asks Survi to get the papers signed first. Lata asks Kartik to sign the papers. Survi says desperately that she'll get the papers signed herself. Tai says she won't take any risk now. She asks Kartik to sign the papers, she herself will give him the anti-venom and it's a promise which is not like his. Tai goes on blaming how Kartik destroyed his promise made to Tai to fulfill his promise to Srikant and she always had to spread hands in front of him. Tai says he gave the money and property to Survi's father. Survi takes the papers from Tai's hands and asks Kartik to sign them. Kartik throws the papers away refusing to sign.
On the other hand, Kishore gets himself freed, watches the situation from the other room. Tai keeps pressuring on Kartik to sign. Survi too ask him to give them what they wants. But Kartik is adamant not to kneel down in front of her fearing death, if death is in fate nobody can save him and if there's life nobody can snatch it.
Precap: Tai slaps Survi and beats Lata. Kartik fights the goons. But Tai disarms him by pointing gun.
