The episode starts with Tai talking to a girl named Durga Rani on how kartik yearns for survi's love. She rushes up to find kartik asleep on the floor then comes down and tells tai that this couple is inseparable, so she must let her go and let him suffer for survi. Tai shouts that she won't accept defeat and she is waiting for tomorrow, when she'll get all of the property.
The next morning, kartik wakes up and as he goes in the shower, he bumps into survi. They both get drenched...followed by an awkward yet romantic eyelock. survi says that she had to be here as she has everything here and then corrects that everything of hers is here, her stuff, clothes etc. She dries herself, then comes down. All are shocked. Tai confronts about it, and she explains everything. They're surprised to know that she was in the same bathroom with Kartik. Survi/Durga says she was playing her character then asks Bindu to get her towel, and she reluctantly agrees. Durga sits down to eat with rural manner, seeing which they are all disgusted. Tai stops her asking her to discuss their further plan. Durga continues to emotionally blackmail them regarding the money. Pyare begs Tai to do as durga says when she's angry with his foolishness. Here, Durga keeps ordering everyone then says to Tai that this's the perfect time to get the money from kartik's locker because he is in washroom. Tai comes up to his room but just then finds kartik coming out. He is shocked to see her but she hides in time to avoid being seen. Kartik puts on his clothes and leaves the room.
On the other hand, in downstairs, Durga thinks that Tai can't get the money, hence she needs to start rehearsing. When kartik is wearing the shoes, he hears Survi singing Hawa Hawai. kartik, kishore and shanti come down and are shocked to see Survi doing this. When she finally sees kartik, she stops. Kartik shouts at her. He asks the servants to get back to work. he chides survi/Durga as to how she has lots of issues. She is about to go but he grabs her hand. Durga sees him nervously. Tai tries to distract him, but in vain. He jerks her asking for the answer, but just then, Tanushree stops, and then he says that survi will tell. He also asks what was she doing in his room. She makes him believe that he is under stress because of survi, so isn't able to recognise simple things. Survi answers that she was making hema and pyare learn dancing. He asks how could she agree so easily. She replies that she did it for the family. He says that sometimes it feels that she isn't his survi at all. Tai again steps in and distracts them. Kartik glares at survi before walking off. Kishore and shanti discuss their weird behaviour. Durga asks the next pla. Tai says that she has to go to their house, and torture them so much, that they will start fighting when he sees them. Tai again emphasises that they need property papers duly signed too.
Later, in Tai's room, they decide that their next target will be shanti. After that, survi will have a big fight with kartik causing their separation. Durga points out that he isn't an idiot hence he'll see through their plan. She says that getting her away from kartik's life, will worsen Tai's situation, who will be implicated in the case once again, as its reopened. Tai sees the point, when durga enlightens how she'd be sent to the gallows and tried for execution. Tai is stunned and worried.
Precap: Durga receives papers from Tai, to signed by Kartik. She presents them as Shanti's exam papers to kartik. He signs absently while reading newspaper. Tai smiles as now she'd be legally his relative.
