Tai keeps ranting Lata abused and reprimanded her, even after what she did for them. She asks has she ever done any harm to kartik or Shanti. Lata gets up and then wonders what's Tai lecturing about. She says that she hasn't forgotten that she threw her off the roof that day. Everyone is shocked to hear this. Lata says how Tai forced survi to leave making her promise that she will never come in kartik's life again. They both remember. She says that Tai behaves very sweet but she was the one who got the gun fired at kartik. They are hell stunned. She blurts out all of tai's deeds towards them so far. Kartik speaks up that he remembers everything, as they have talked about this. He says that tai herself consumed poison. Lata tells him that Tai is a drama queen and she has poisoned their lives indeed. The doctor starts telling kartik that Lata needs to be in a facility asap. Tai objects it as they should get her treated here only. Lata tells her that it's enough of drama and is about to raise her hand, when Tai holds her hand, eyeing her with rage. Lata asks him to see that she is still smiling. Tai yells why would she cry then keeps on ranting again, that god might do anything to her, but she needs to get Lata better. Unable to bear the drama any more, lata grabs tai's neck. Kartik parts her after pretty much struggle. The doctor asks him to understand that Lata is worsening, if she hurt others there will be a need of electric shock treatment then. Lata comes to survi and asks her to tell the truth that she knows. The doctor signs the nurse to take her away but survi holds. She says that she won't be given shock. Tai glares at them both. All others watch being tensed and surprised. Tai asks why not, as the doctor himself says so. She asks how can she talk this way being a nurse herself and the doctor is certainly better than her. Survi tries to make reason but Tai holds her hand and presses it hard, signalling her to be quiet. She gets scared. Tai then asks the nurse to take lata away, who continues to beg survi to tell the truth, while survi stands still feeling helpless. The nurse with kartik take Lata to the bed. Survi protests and Tai says that she knows that she won't be able to see Lata like this. Then she forcibly takes Survi out. All forcibly tie lata up for the electric shock. Kartik sees shanti standing there, looking at Lata with appalled face. He goes and hugs her. The electric shock starts, lata writhes but is unable to move, being bound. Kartik and Shanti looks on sadly.
In her room, Survi keeps begging Tai to let her go to Lata. She says that the doctor didn't check properly. Tai asks if she has studied enough, then tells her to learn from her. She says she's complied to her son's love, despite her hatred for her, but she kept quiet. They hear Lata screaming. Tai smiles evilly and asks Survi if she can hear it. survi is distraught. Tai says that she kept praying to the God but he didn't listen much that's why she herself did what Lata deserves, as god is too busy. She says that the biggest crime is to accuse or threaten her and lata did that. She strangles survi by her necklace then asks her to speak if she wants. She says that Lata is right and the doctor's diagnosis is wrong. survi is shocked to hear this. Tai spills that she has monitored him to say so..as according to her principle, Lata needs to be punished for what she did against Tai, so the son, who believes that Tai will never lie, is getting this shock done. Lata keeps screaming.
Here, tai continues that Survi may not have broken the promise, but still her truth came out in front of kartik. She wrenches her hand then says that she has another chance at keeping the promise as it's a crime to even dare or try to go against her. Tai says that survi still isn't her DIL, but she being the Saans already can take action now. she takes the ice picker and sprains her waist with it. Survi jerks out in pain. It leaves a scar there. Tai says removing it that she shouldn't even try to get kartik know about this, else she would again get back to kartik, and kill him. Survi is damn scared. She asks her to freshen up and remove her tears, as it should all be normal. She says that nobody should get to know about it and she ought to remember whatever conversation they had, as that's her first lesson. Tai hurts her some more before leaving. Survi stands there numb.
On the other hand, Bindu and pyare try to get cosy while someone is approaching to them with murderous footsteps. Pyare's jaw drops to find her husband standing at the door, like a ghost. He recalls killing him then pulls away from Bindu, who's confused wondering what happened. Pyare being scared, rushes out and tries to look around. Seeing him terrified Bindu goes near him and asks what's wrong with him. She takes him inside while he locks the door, still unable to believe what he just saw. Them kishore's ghostly face pops out from behind the curtain.
Precap: Tai finds a mysterious doll kept in the centre of the drawing room. She picks it up and sees it nervously. Survi tries to convince kartik that Lata needs to go to a hospital, but he says that tai has pursued a good doctor. She still keeps trying but he says he can entrust lata's life in tai's hands. survi yells that she can't. Kartik raises his hand to slap her. Srikant and Survi gets shocked.
