The episode starts with Kartik looking for Survi in the train. He shouts her name out. Survi who was standing at the door hears it and peeps to see him searching for her worriedly. When he comes near she turns her face but her dupatta files and falls over Kartik's face. He turns to see her. Their eyes get locked. Right then the train whistles and soon it starts moving. Kartik starts running and begging her not to go. Survi looks appalled. Kartik spreads his hand out and the trains speeds up, and soon leaves the platform. Both of them cries.
Kartik starts chasing the train and gets into it. Survi stares at him emotionally as they face each other with overwhelming feelings. Darmiyaan song plays in BG. Kartik bends to kiss her but survi turns to leave. He grans her hand. Suvi yells to leave her hand. Kartik stares at him with shock and pain. Survi turns to go but to be stopped by kartik only. He apologizes. Survi recalls how rudely he had asked her to leave the house and finally goes.
In the residence, Aniket and others come and asks Lata why she is shouting. Lata looks at Tai and lies that she was having pain in chest and throat, so she got scared and yelled. Shanti asks why did she come in Tai's room instead of resting in hers. Lata says she had been bedridden for 8 years. Then meaningfully asks Tai if she rest in her room, if its ok. Tai gets shocked and agrees as all are looking at her. Lata asks the children to go as tai will look after her. Tai too complies being frustrated. After they go lata asks tai if she take care of her then death won't come near her. Tai looks away irately. Lata continues that she will have to wait to know what's going inside her head as Kartik too has waited for 8 long years. She adds he has gone though pain, hurt and burn himself for 8 years, so she needs to wait for 8 hours at least without doing any mistake else she will reveal her truth.
In the train, a woman asks Survi who is looking at Kartik if he's her hubby. She says she doesn't know him. Woman says but she's seeing him only. Her man asks Kartik to sit with them. He sits facing survi. She tells him not to irritate her. He leans towards her saying she is disturbing him only since their first meet. The flashback shows the younger survi's encounter with kartik where he says his name.
Kartik says now he knows why. Woman beside survi comments he must be mad for her. Kartik smirks while survi looks away being embarrassed. She says nothing like that and leaves. Kartik catches her dupatta and says once she hears him he will leave. He says when she turns at him that Lata has been out of coma. Survi blinks with surprise and gets happy for a moment then soon regains her anger. Kartik says lata said after recovering that survi is innocent and not responsible for her condition. He asks for forgiveness. Survi says he has said what he has to, now he can go. But kartik stops her again saying he will keep saying sorry until she forgives him. He keeps saying sorry. The passenger woman asks if he has hurt her a lot as she seems to be very angry with him. Survi walks off to find a new seat.
Kartik follows her there too and sits beside her. Survi shifts seeing him, kartik shifts more towards her. Survi tries to go when kartik grabs her hand asking not to do so. He accepts that he has given her nothing but pain and he deserves punishment for failing to recognize her. He requests to give him another chance as his eyes have opened now. He adds guiltily if she refuses to come with him then he won't be able to forgive himself as he himself is the real guilty not she. Survi says she has always obeyed him even when Policed locked them up. She keeps saying even when he accused her father she obeyed him. Flashbacks of all those moments are shown. She says she obeyed him when he asked her to go away from his life as well. Flashback of kartik's slapping survi is showed up. Survi says it's God's sake that lata has regained consciousness else he'd never understand her and he has no faith in her and their friendship though he's the witness of all ups and downs of her life, as she has grown up in front of her. Katik keeps listening her with pained expression. Survi says she has obeyed him till yesterday but now he will have to obey her. She asks him to go away from her life. Kartik denies to go without her.
Meanwhile ticket checker comes and asks to show their tickets. Survi stands up saying kartik has no ticket. Ticket checker grabs Kartik's shirt and tells him to go to police station. Kartik tells survi to listen to him once. Ticket checker again asks Kartik to come.
Kartik says if she wants him to go this much then he'll jump from the train. Survi eyes him being shocked. Kartik starts to go when she calls him from behind asking if he has gone mad. Passenger woman says if anything had happened to him Survi couldn't bear as no woman can take risk in case of her husband. Kartik says they're not married couple. Survi says sternly that they've no relationship except a bonding of pain which is broken today too. Kartik stares with aghast. Survi concludes there's nothing between them now. He goes down from the train and she looks sadly.
Survi comes to a beautiful palace and wonders seeing a note on the ground how carelessly money is lying down here. She goes behind it to pick it up. Kartik comes there chuckling and pulled the string attached to the note. He asks if she can recall anything. In flashback the young kartik playing the same prank to survi is shown. He asks how did she think that she'll escape from him this easily. Survi looks bewildered. Kartik pulls her to him and says he will not leave her as he has befriended her so he will have her mercy and will accompany her too. He says he deserves all that pain she wishes to give him. Survi pushes his hand. Kartik sits beside her and says he has learnt how to be stubborn from her and he won't give up until she forgives. Survi says she has come here to work and won't go anywhere. Kartik says he'll be around her then.
An elderly woman comes and tells Survi that she can't believe after so many years... They looks puzzled. The woman takes them inside and she's a photograph. Survi's jaw drops seeing her own image in that photograph. Kartik, too stares with wide eyes. When survi asks how her pic is here, old lady says after so many years they have returned in the palace..may be to fulfill their unfinished promise which they had made to each other. She says she will tell them the story of their previous birth.
