This is a very common desi tv track. Just when the lovers are about to get together, they are speprated by some Majboori. Jodha Akbar, Kumkum Bhagya, Jamai Raja...you name it! I guess here majboori is going to be Aniket's sorry state, and Kartik's Vaada to Tai dt he'll take care of her family.
