What was karthik thinking?

When karthik got onto the train and he was really up close and personal with survi he kept moving his face in closer and closer towards survi's face. Survi moved her face, otherwise it would for sure have been a kiss attempt. If he still only sees her as his best friend then why does he always get so physically close to her that it extends the boundary of friendship? Why did he move in so intensely close to her that it seems he was trying to kiss her? I found it so sweet but confusing as hell to see karthik react that way.

Things are shaping up to be the way i thought; the real romance will now start and now karthik will start developing feelings for survi and will fall in love with her. Survi has loved karthik since the past 8 years so now i want to see karthik's feelings for survi come to the fore. I want to see a jealousy track with a guy (hopefully ankit raizada who plays karan as he hasn't really done much since he entered) irking karthik by having a close friendship with survi and karthik begins acting out by getting too posessive over survi and getting closer to her.

may be khathik feels for her but now it is just that he is feeling guilty of unneccessorily blaming her for lata's condition.. but i hope once the past life revealation he wou it said ld realise his true feeling for her.. and even i want to see some jealousy track soon coz he intensity in karthik's eye when he punched that old man who asked out survi.. that intensity which screamed that survi is just his! ☺️ want to see the same in karthik's eyes once more

Bechari survi! . Karthik always exceeds the boundaries. I have lost counting of the number of times he held her between his arms. And after this maafi track finishes he will be arey yaar! whereas survi is in love with him for the past 8yrs but still she would have to agree with him even after such close ups happening daily with her😭.
