May be she will give him 2 options and suicidal threat that they have to choose between the two otherwise she will end her life but as 1 is not possible so 2 option forcefully mishti have to agree but abir is against it so it is not possible then again meenu will give suicidal threat then mishti will realise that it is wrong to make ku hu surrogate as it will affect relations in the rv house so she will herself decide to leave abir as there are no other option left because she think it is because of her meenu is going to give her life and she can't live in guilt as we have already seen in karan matter where she was right that she tries to harm him

Someone had asked how Meenu got a list of girls and if such things happen; if anyone has watched Indian Matchmaking on Netflix then one will realise how rampant these things are. Desi reporters might try their best to deny it in their reviews of that show BUT they need to be real. Meenu is rich enough that she will get any marriage broker aunties sending her lists of rishtas.

I know of women in india who have had twins and given one twin to their sisters to bring up because the sister could not have kids. I also know of my grandparents' family friends in India whose daughter in law adopted her sister's kid because she could not have kids. Women are mistreated, called names like "infertile" and even pressurised for boys. In BFF show, Naira's dadi saas wanted to make sure she also got a uttar adhikari because some pandit ji had said Naira would have one child - A GIRL. so shock horror.

DKP writers might write tracks for TRP demographics BUT this is truly the world that TRP demographic lives in, even in 2020. That is why poor writers have no option but to show this. Commiserations dear writers, it really isn't your fault.

But that's why it's so important for characters like Abir rajvansh to be portrayed on screen👏, even if there is a minority of men like this in real, at least there is a chance that more families that watch the show can learn something from Abir.

this is quite possible... meenu is blackmailing mishti to choose.. but does meenu realize that for either of 2 things, abir has to give sperms.... and how is she going to force him to do that.. uske antics se toh achhe achho ko woh wali feeling hi na aayee??

Gotta hand it over to Meenu for being such a badass though. I mean, her haughty expression like she is so untouched by "very obvious insults." I mean BP said she is the worst mother, her sons will be very pained to see her real face and blah blah blah: No asar whatsoever. Abir, whose heart she wants to win, will hate her even more now but she still doesn't care. If you ask me, she is such an amusingly exasperating character.

Abir is a unique specimen for a guy who has been born and brought up in India.

In that Netflix show, the Indian guys are both total asses - one who thinks rejecting 150 girls is like something to be proud of and the other one (who depsite living in the US for his masters) is like a total mamma's boy and is just so regressive.

The guys of Indian origin on that show who live in America are still waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better and normal.

And the way the marriage broker aunties talk about headstrong, independent, smart women - calling them negative, stubborn, unwilling to compromise, rude, not flexible, not adjusting; body shamig them and saying they weren't photogenic. UGH. And no one can deny that this shiz happens. I have seen and heard such comments being passed about people IRL.

So when my friends who are not of Indian origin message me after watching that show or ask me if it is true whilst they watch it, i am like YES. Its all true.

And desi reporters be all "this is an alternate universe. This doesn;t happen to us. we are watching it like outsiders looking in. Oh but the ABCDs can go back to their bumbles and their dating scenes whenever so why are they in this documentary." And all i think is, don't be scared that people from outside the indian community are judging you based on this show, After all no one likes to see a mirror.

So Abir has to endure this; I am glad someone with a far reaching fandom like Sha is Abir. Perhaps more people will watch this and realise how wrong these practices are.

Yes, they will call him joru ka ghulam.

However, knowing Abir he will probably laugh at it and handle it in a mature way.

Might I add BFF has already been called joru ka ghulam by his dadi; his dadi also stole some conch to use it in some puja so BFF can have a boy.

I never quite understood what BFF meant when he said in an interview then that we just show what happens in society.

May be meenu thinks that after sometime abir will accept her 2 marriage but then I think she never knew abir and her main motto is mishti she is thinking that abir really love mishti and even she is her priority above meenu

but not any other girl he will love her like he love mishti
