Meenu has her scheme rolled under her sleeves re... She is fond of Mish deep down but couldn;t let go her ego and accept her too so she took the easy of hating her for no reason
Sometimes I think whether Meenu sees her young self in Mishti (only the angry chorni part)
Maybe she knows that she too, questioned society and tried fighting for the right against elders...but feels that her decisions have got her where she is (Mehul-Parul dynamics etc).
So she is scared of Mishti/threatened by her bold attitude.
