Yayyy! Shona is back with an update! 🥳

Mishti's breakdown is heartbreaking. My heart aches for the poor girl. 💔 🥺 I understand her fear. When you have the likes of Kuhu, Jasmeet and Meenakshi constantly reminding her of her past, it's difficult to forget the pain. Even if a lie is repeated a thousand times, it will start to seem like truth. So it's normal for Mishti to hold on to her fear.

I love how Abir dealt with Mishti. ❤️ He was honest and straight forward in his approach. This is what I love about Abir, Mishti, Badi Maa & Bade Papa. They are humane and they commit mistake. But as soon as they realize it, they rectify it and apologize for it. They own up to their mistakes.

Also, Abir and Mishti had a proper conversation. Honest conversations have always been the USP of their relationship. When they are honest with each other, they can find solution for anything that comes their way. When they are together, nothing can break them apart.

I'm glad you showed Badi Maa, Bade Papa and Kunal's point of view too. They realized where they went wrong and helped Abir realize his folly too. This is the issue I had with Abir's band-aid theory. That's not the way you deal with a problem. It's just a temporary damage control. It never gives a permanent solution. To actually solve a problem, you need to find the root cause and deal with it. Covering up other's mistake doesn't help. And I'm happy that Abir understood this and immediately took matters in his hand.

I understand why Abir asked Mishti to forgive her Dadi. Forgiveness is the first step to healing. When you forgive a person, you find a closure. Until and unless you forgive the other person, the hurt will continue to haunt you. Their actions will keep affecting you and causing you pain. Once you forgive them, they won't affect you anymore. So forgive them for your own inner peace, not for their or anyone else's sake.

Totally loved the update, Shona!! ❤️ I'm loving the way you're shaping this up. Thank you so much for dealing with both Abir and Mishti's mental trauma & emotions so beautifully. Love you! ❤️ ❤️ 🤗

Now I can't wait for the next part.

WOW👏

You have sincerely written the words that should have been shown in the show🤗

How do the people in life get to the wrong stage if they cannot talk to each other and be honest and truthful in any relationship in life.🥺

The understanding that is coming out in your story is how humans should be

Love this chapter please continue soon

This is marvelous. I loved the way you made them both see their mistakes and with such an adequate ease you could portray their emotions. Their feelings were well conveyed and their emotions were felt, you directed the plot such that the visuals were hard to miss. His guilt, her heart-wrenching cries everything was perfectly dealt with.

Even though I don't know what brought them to this sorry state (Sorry haven't watched the show since the last 2-2.5 months now) but I still couldn't stop reading this story of yours. I am glad there's someone who brought up the issues that were to be addressed long ago. Now it;s not just the issue of the new wounds but her old wounds need to be attended in order to let her heal the new ones too.

Honestly, I genuinely loved the concept and your approach. Hope I will get to read more and soon.

Thanks for sharing this write up of yours.

i loved your way of conveying BP-BM love for mishti and abir understanding that, finally even BM understands they are over board with mishti that they neglected kuhu...

everyone are right in their place but it became wrong for others...

i loved abir and kunal convo too...

is there any next part? if it is then update as soon as possible...

Thank you Ruhi!!

I have read a lot of things against BM and BP when it comes to Kuhu! Hence I felt their POV had to be highlighted. Its not that they have mistreated Kuhu! Kuhu was a darling to them too. But for them, healing Mishti was the utmost priority and hence unknowingly they ignored her.

@Bold: Absolutely!! There was no ill intentions anyone had ever!

I absolutely loved this chapter! You've managed to capture everyone so well. Mishti, Abir, Kunal, Badi Maa, and Bade Papa. All of them were so well written.

I loved how Badi Maa acknowledged that her & Bade Papa should have paid more attention to what the other family members were saying to Mishti. That's the one thing that hurts me most. They love Mishti so much, but rarely ever do they stop Jasmeet from spouting her venom. So, I'm glad they accepted their fault.

And Kunal! My Nanko is so grown up. Him admitting to his mistakes and feeling genuinely sorry for what he did makes me love him more. I'm so glad he's finally understanding the impact his words have had on Mishti. I hope you show some MishNal talks in the next one where Kunal apologizes to Mishti properly.

And of course, Abir! The one thing I love most about Abir is how he owns up to all his mistakes and doesn't shy away from them. He did exactly that today, and I'm so happy to see it happen!

Mishti's heartbreak, though. It breaks my heart. I can't even imagine how she feels like with all of this happening. But I'm so glad that she let Abir talk and apologize to her. It was needed. She really needed to hear all that from him after what had happened.

The entire MishBir conversation was absolutely amazing and I'm so glad that it happened. Though I don't agree with Abir thinking Mishti should forgive her Dadi, everything that Abir said was on point.

I'm really excited to see how this goes forward! Thank you so much for writing this! :)

Hello!!

Ahhh!! Thank you for such a beautiful comment! <3 It brought a huge smile on the face!!

I think addressing BM and BP was necessary. I was reading a lot of these two characters getting a lot of flak about their actions. And somewhere I understood and I knew where they were coming from. And hence, I tried my best to explain why they were the way they were and also made them accept their fault.

And I guess wait for the next chapter for the rest of your wishes and reviews! Hopefully I am able to convince you on why it is needed for Mishti to forgive her daadi!!

Stay tuned!

Asshiiiiii!!! Haha!! Yes I am back. The corona situation has given me a lot of time in hand. So I thought might as well use this time to write updates and finish it, before work kicks in again and I get busy and lazy at the same time!!

Somehow I think I connect easily to emotion and emotional trauma. I dont know why. I think I involve myself a lot in such scenes. Think and sometimes overthink too. Probably thats why I am really able to connect to Mishti's fear and insecurities about this.

And regarding other characters too!! I think with this show, I have more started to see the characters from their own point of view rather than through MishBir. Hence, it was getting easier for me to connect with other characters too and understand their actions and restraints. Epecially with BM and BP. They both dont have any ill intentions. Their aim was to just love Mishti and bring her up in the most beautiful way possible. In their effort of maintaining peace or just focussing on Mishti, they might have ignored few things. Doesnt mean it was intentional. Makes them human! And what I really wanted to cover was, no matter what, parents are also humans at the end of the day. Even though they have experience, doesnt make them perfect. They will make mistakes and falter too. So its ok.

And @BOLD! You covered it perfectly!! I have nothing more to add here.

I will try to update it soon. Thank you so much for reading and commenting.
