Ammu now its not definitely not compulsory. They have changed this law.. Women need not change their names in passports after their marriage. They can retain their maiden name, can use their father's name too in the passport and Under the law it's entirely up to the women whether she wants to change her name after marriage forget about the passport. So we dont have to change anything..😃😃
