Baba is just a tool for the CVs to justify Big Ben’s character. They’re trying to make the audience feel “Oh BB may be a lot a of things but at least everything she does is out of ‘love’ for her family.” Notice now they have toned her shenanigans down and amped up Baba’s karnaame.

She will be proved right about Mehul and Abir will fall at her feet and ask for forgiveness. Mishti will make Abir ‘realise’ how much Big Ben loves him and everything she did was for him. Cue Milan.

This is the kind of lazy writing I have come to expect from ITV.

yes MeMe se meri bahut umeede thi... Sab toot gayi.... Maine aj ka episode dekha ni hai..... Baba ke ab vapis aane ka sense samaj ni aa raha.. Khair anyhow both are being boring for me so much

Yeah, it’s a cliched “twist”. I want one show to not whitewash harassment by juxtaposing it with something “worse”.
