Quite possible... it's very difficult for older generations to acknowledge it in India. That could possibly be the reason why Parul thinks this is just a phase for Kunal.

She didn't want kuku to happen ...it was a trick to seperate mishbir..as we can see the promo...

Par chaal ulti pad gayi...Mishti pyaar ki vajah se haar nai manegi...aur Kunal rejection k Darr se shaadi kar lega...that's what I feel

Yup. Somehow, I started thinking of this as a joke but more and more, I have started thinking it is logical. If it happens, hats off to ph and I will be a convert for good. But not sure how much trp audience will accept it and whether the show will get reported and banned for unacceptable content

That's exactly the problem... an ITV daily soap propagating such a progressive ideology won't be taken positively by the TRP audiences. They have been fed on FL sacrificing her love and separation. That's precisely the reason this ph won't risk delving into such an issue. If they do, I'd be glad that a show is taking such a step. Taking this route to a character justifies Meenu's and Kunal's actions... wouldn't say it completely justifies but you would still sympathise with them if this happens...Right now they're too toxic.
