Starplus, not promoting the show..why?

Watched the promo during India Australia match..but..quite disappointed. They showed the already watched scene of Mishti rejecting Kunal..

With due respect to Riya I feel they should have opted for a Shaheer centric promo. No doubt Riya is a familiar actress but Shaheer is way above her in popularity all over.

Star Plus is not prromoting the show well..While Kasauti2 promo with Mr Bajaj entry was shown three times ,YRHPK was shown once.

I am wondering why they are not promoting this show which is relatively new,compared to Ekta’s reboot ...

I came across my friends who love Shaheer but doesn’t ..know about this show.

Shaheer ki baat hi nahi hai tbh. Mai inme se kisi ki vajah se dekhna shuru ni kia.
This show started off with great concept and it does deserve one try for sure and SP not promoting it makes me mad a little. with all nayi soch concept:/

Either it's doing well already that they think they dont need to promote or worst case scenario ni sochna chahiye😆

Vaise not only this show...they are not promoting other shows as well ..sirf chudail Dayan pishachni se pyaar hai unko .

What can we do as an audience.. nothing . Show dekho aur aas pass Valon Ko bolo ki vo b dekhe aur kya

mai to puri promotion kr ri hu. 😆 mere as pas tv dekhna abhishaap hai

Yes. Sp is also not promoting Ek bhram sarvagun sampann where Shrenu is doing incredible job.

Was watching hotstar this morning and saw an ad where they show the scene where mishti is standing at the balcony and Abeer is passing by and she asks him to write something in the diary

Then the two leads appear of the new show...forgot the name woh vala where saif Ali Khan introduces the leads...one doctor one actress...

They say something like pyaar karne se pehle Janna zaroori hai

So sp not promoting yrhpk but using it to promote other shows and series not that I have a problem

Magar daya kuchh to gadbad hai...pata lagao🤣

Lol is it? I haven't watched this ad. Looks like they are using YRHPK for promoting every damn content of SP. And then the trp charts will come stating Kasauti is at the top.🤣

SP is promoting well their new upcoming show and it looks promising as well. I saw KULFI, KZK promos and hardly or no this one.

This is very common. Almost all running shows on SP will have scenes promoting new launches.

If it was pre-May 2018 STAR Plus, then I would’ve told the channel doesn’t promote shows that are bringing in huge numbers.

Since it is the post-May 2018 StarPlus, the channel only promotes the shows which bring in huge numbers.

In short:

STAR Plus had a policy of mostly promoting underperforming shows.

StarPlus has a policy of mostly promoting over performing shows.
