The writing is fundamentally bad for this Rishta Track. No one is introspecting correctly. Why did Abir also support it in the first place when he could see since the beginning that Kunal and Mishti are so different from each other? They are all robotic about it. Like the elders have decided something so they should just go along with it. Everyone was behaving like KM were already fiancé and fiancée despite a “courtship” going on. No one was behaving like there was a real choice here. Only the ILLUSION of a choice.

All that’s happening right now is Mishti going along with a choice made for her. Lol. The very premise was never that she will have some grand choice. Just that she will get to “evaluate” the choice in front of her. That is all she’s doing. Evaluation criteria is simply that Kunal not be like her father, that he saves her from problems and doesn’t abandon her 🤷‍♀️😂. So laser eye surgery will likely not shake much for her. They will constantly show her weighing the fact that he supposedly saved her life as greater than all this.

I think only if she is given some clear revelation of Abir being the only who really saved her and did all these things for her, that is when she will be jolted into facing her feelings. Until then she’s just going along with Kunal without any love involved. Lol

She seems so excited about Abir being in love 😂 without wondering why she doesn’t expect that from her own marital relationship 🤷‍♀️😂. Living vicariously through Abir maybe.

You nailed it. This whole courtship crap has been such a sham. Kunal is already behaving like Mishti is his wife, Mishti is already behaving like she has no choice but to accept Kunal, Badi maa is behaving like the world will come to an end if this marriage does not take place and Abhir's idiotic insistence on pushing this rishta forward is coming back to bite his ass 😆 Am so done with this track tbh. I have developed a severe allergy to Kunal-Mishti and its actually overshadowing my fondness for Abhir-Mishti at this point 🤣

And the bold part ... for me, that was the most disappointing part. The whole promotion #noisanoption and the very base of the show was an illusion. It was a mess. As soon as mishti and Kunal started to meet , it was like they are engaged with exercise of rights minus romantic angle to it.

lol I still haven’t been put off from Abir-Mishti. They are still the saving grace of the show in my eyes.

I just forward all the rest of the crap now as I said yesterday 😂. Watching the AM scenes as stand alone separates from the rest of the nonsense helps connect better to them. Once you resign yourself to how nonsensical the whole Kunal Mishti angle is, you learn to zone out the crap and focus on the AM interactions as they happen. Atleast that’s what I’m doing now 🤷‍♀️😂

And I’m quite amused to read about the latest spoiler regarding Meenu going dark 🤣. Did the makers tire of glorifying Meenu’s so called well intentioned protecting of her family? 🙄. I doubt it. Lol but if something can make Abir stop falling for her lame Maa ki Mamta drama, I’ll take that as a positive 👍🏻

I am expecting something on the lines. "Tum abhi pati huye ni ho" or I haven't said yes yet from either of them ,kinda line. Dont want to have too much expectations.

Exactly. It’s as if they took the so called courtship as an indirect license to start behaving like they are already engaged minus any romantic feelings 🤷‍♀️😂. Just going along with the technicality and overnight starting to behave like an engaged couple minus the part of having any real attraction or interest in each other 🤷‍♀️. That’s why there is total disconnect with the KM angle.

Abir-Mishti scenes are the saving grace in all the mess because of how they light up around each other. Even an Abir in heartbroken sacrificing mode and an oblivious Mishti together make for a better watch than the lameness of robotic KM play acting a stiff couple. Lol

Because the dream sequence was a glamorous gimmick shot seperately without any proper continuity with current storyline. They just shot a music video like romantic sequence to insert whenever they feel like 🤷‍♀️. The focus is on the glamor, not any storyline continuity necessarily. That’s how it seemed to me.
