First want to say how people can watch these shows these shows led to severe depression- so much negativity and it will go on for years.

Somewhere if we watch a show constantly then its natural to feel attached to its characters and then depression starts .

Uff i will rather choose to read a novel than watching these highly depressive shows.

Not everyone becomes attach to a show. Tv junkies like me who watch lot of show together it's just a tym pass. On - off I watch lot of show. Toh bahut serial ke baare mein patha hota hain.

Ha woh bhi hain, I always had one show which would remain a constant. Daily I had to watch dat show. Lekhin abhi tak I left all those constant show when it lost my interest. Exception is tsmsp n yrphk
