I mean for ivf they fast forwarded the couple struggle when realistically they had no money to raise a child. And of course the kapils gunda gardi with doctors cause how dare someone studying for 10+ years, grinding their ass off in exams like NEET give them logical reply that they can't conceive. There wasn't even any insecurity from abhiras side like they showed in other shows, example ek hazaron mein meri behna Hain.
