I wouldn't over think it cause I think that just a click bait comment to grab your attention to cause confusion and get fans riled up. Think about it without that comment the promo doesn't have any impact, cause it all we're seeing now of Abhimaan being thankful to Ru an Ro deathbed request isn't surprising.

People always harping on ghum also need to realize that show was tailor made to cater to pakhi and virat because husband and wife were running the show behind the scenes, there’s no such drama here.
