I don’t think she will hate Abhira or Armaan per se. I think either she herself will think of the baby as a bad omen or Kaveri and Sanjay will convince her of something like that. She would want to terminate the pregnancy and they will stretch all this rona and dhona, in the end something will happen and Ruhi will have a change of heart and give birth. I don’t think surrogate baby is not gonna survive, so yeah.
