I'm just looking at my phone now and to tell you the truth I'm not surprised. This SC is in the bag and they want to be in control for generations, so they're anti-immigrant. This isn't there first time ruling against something that is in the constitution.

Oh well that's what the voters wanted lower prices of grocery instead of voting for a woman or the old guy. Hope they're happy now

So now each State and individual will have to fight the courts where the law is being enforced

Congress with have to pass a law stating Birthright Citizenship as stated in the Constitution is legal across the US. We never need it cause it was written in the Constitution but these Right Wing are so anti- immigrant will do and pass law making their lives hell
