I like Adrija..saw her in imlie with Sai Ketan rao. And she was very good. But the way Alisha Praveen was fired from Anupama seems very unfair.. in other professions..employees even take on big companies for unfair dismissals. We have a labour court who strictly deals with lower status jobs unfair dismissals and higher status jobs have HR departments in companies to deal with these issues. And if all else fails ..employees get the media involved and in majority of cases the employees get the better deal from this ..
