That's all Akshara doing not Abhinav and like you said he was a stranger. Didn't that same stranger tell Akshu to call Abhimaanyu to let him know he has a son. How else can you raise someone else child if not done happily, it's a child that can't be blame for the situation. Gen 4 dynamics is different I don't see it being the same. Rohit took that baby without consulting or telling Ar while his wife lay in a coma. Armaan was dumb to even allow this crap to drag on so he they both bear the responsibilities. Abhira taking that baby if precap is true isn't right but I can understand her making that kind of irrational decision.
That part of changing the name BC the details are vague, don't remember much. Akshara had Abhir in another city so how was his father name on BC to be changed or do you mean instead of Abhimaanyu it was Abhinav name.
