Abhir is the son of her poppy also, who had done everything for her, tried to fill the void of her father. He never hide or tried to hide her real father's identity or snatched his place, stand against everyone who questioned his rights as a father regarding her. That one point makes a lot difference.

But will Abhir consider her as his sister after finding out what she thinks about Akshara? She doesn’t hate Akshara because she hid the truth about Abhir’s biological father lol, she hates her because she thinks she killed her mom (reasonable) but hating her daughter for her own convenience and not her son is not it.

Fyi, nothing changed the fact that he’s Akshara’s son.
