Episode begins with Aryan’s sports coach gets him back home and informs he had been rusticated from college for carrying alcohol to school . The Poddar family is in disbelief and protests but the coach reveals how he was caught red handed and how his performance was falling in academic and extracurricular activities .
The family is shocked , Abhura asks the clash to be understanding as he had done this mistake for first time and his past performances have been brilliant . Coach shows the flask from Aryan’s bag and states that he had been given reminders umpteen times and now time has come for his rustication so that other children do not get misguided . Manisha is very angry n disgusted with Aryan , she gives him a good bashing . The entire family tries to stop Manisha. But fails . Manoj watches with shocked disbelief and finally gathers the courage to own up his flask , his drinking habit , his unemployment. Aryan states he knopew about his father’s alcoholism, his jobless state and his depression, but chose not to reveal to mummy as she would get upset. He tries to tel. abhira bhaabhi but she too was busy . Kaveri accuses Manisha of carelessness and failing in her duties towards husband and son. She has no idea that her husband was jobless and alcoholic , her son was performing poorly at school . Abhura speak in favour of Manisha . How could Manisha be blamed for the wrong deeds done by Chachu and Aryan , Manisha was not given any credit when Manoj won any case of Aryan won medals ! Kaveri realises her mistake l Manisha lashes out at Abhira for showing sympathy , she has failed as wofe n mother . Manisha is in tears . Ruhi intervenes and states Abhura was showing fake sympathy , she is covering up for herself . everything happened because of Abhura . She usurped Chachi’s cabin, Chachu was so hurt that he quit and then became unemployed . Seeing his dad in this state Aryan was affected . Manisha and Ruhi blame Abhura for everything . Ab is shocked . Vidya protests and speaks supporting Ab and hoe Ab is trying to support Manisha . Manisha refutes Vi and warns Ab tok will go thru this same pain and then only she will realize . All are shocked hearing this . Aryan was so fond of his abhira bhaabhi but she has n9 time for him.
Manisha declares that Aryan will not go to any college in Udaipur ,He will not live in this family any more . Aryan will be sent to hostel.,
All are shocked Abhira protests , Manoj and Manisha have massive clash over sending Aryan to hostel . Manisha will hear nothing from Manoj as he failed as husband and father n is unable tk handle his stress and becoming alcoholic . She packed suitcase for Aryan and calls uo her friend to help her get Aryan a room in the boarding school.
Aryan requests AbhiMaan to help ,Theu hith try to persuade Manisha Chachi against her decision but fail .
Manoj shares his grief and frustrations with Madhav , they sympathise n support eachother .
Sanjay brings a carton full,of empty alcohol bottles to Kaveri Maasa and shows her how Manoj had become alcoholic , He blames Maa sa for this . If she had not given Abhira Manoj’s cabin , he would never have quit the firm and become jobless and frustrated n then alcoholic
Sanjay asks Maa sa to change her decision, give Abhira the cabin and work in the family firm , she can help Manoj by reinstating him .sanjay suggests she roll back the idea of women employment and revert back to the old demarcation of duties for men n women of Poddar house.
AbhiMaan, Aaryan try to persuade Kaveri to Make Chachi change her mind as she was already packing Aryan’s suitcase n sending him away next day l Aryan wants to stay with the famiky n play with BSP , he does not want to be alone in the hostel . To their utter shock Kaveri is of the same opinion as Manisha a she feels it in Aryan’s best interests he go to boarding school. All are shocked . Manisha develops fever as she is concerned for Aryan who is going tk face the world for the first time .
Rohit discusses the baby swap with Ruhi’s nurse , who is from Life Saver hospital , He warns the nurse not t9 reveal anything to the family . Ab almost over hears this but Rohit n the nurse cover up . AbhiMaan have sweet moments with BSP , Ar discovers Ab has fever . Ab states this is be she is worried for BSP’s first vaccination at hospital , shenis concerned for his pain.
