Episode begins with Rohit being informs by the Doc at love saver hosp about the last rites of the baby who is no more .Ro and Armaan at the life saver hospital, both are devastated over their losses , Armaan is weeping for his BSP and Rohit for comatose Ruhi, he notices Ar and feels concerned for him and asks him to proceed for last rites of BSP, he asks if he would like Ro to perform the rites instead .
Ar is very very upset n howls in the solitude of the empty room where his BSP was born . He has emotional breakdown. Ab comes n calms him, consoles him n supports him. Ar puts aside his pain on seeing Ab .
Ab is seen trying to wake up comatose Ruhi by placing the baby next to her n talking sweetly , she gets emotional as she tries to awaken Ruhi by talking about the baby . She the. Goes to the window n talks to the starts , asking the demised baby to to feel lonely as his grand parents were there n they will find him n keep him happy . Vidya Poddars and goenkas watch RuAb and feel heart broken sharing the pain
Ru has been shifted home and Poddars are seen taking care of Ruhi.
Krish is busy taking advise from his friend on mobile , a female voice keeps advising him how to handle the tragic situation at home . How he can help his bhaiya bhaabhi .
Soon kiara tells the family that Manoj papa informed that AbhiMaan are on the way back to Poddar mansion after completing their visit to Kuldevi mandir m so they better make preparations for their welcome .
Even though everyone is sad Daadi welcomes the heir to the family in a grand ritual manner. Everyone joins the welcome . Manoj is happy they have managed so much despite the tragic incidents and it’s the blessings n good wishes that were important not the festivities n celebrations . In Ruhi’s room Gonkas and Vidya are by Ruhi’s bedside , Manish and Swarna ask Vi to welcome the baby as this was her right as grandmother , Vi hesitantly comes down the stairs and looks at AbhiMaan n the baby . Abhimaan notice Vi and Ab places the baby into her arms stating that she was his grand mother n it’s her right to hold the baby first , all get emotional and so does Vi . She showers the baby with her affections . Ab is all smiles but Ar remains sad .
all take turns to hold the baby lead by Kaveri. .
In Ruhi’s room M is his seen removing al, the toys soon Surekha informs Ruhi was regaining consciousness. He drops the toys n rushes to Ruhi’s bedside ,

Chorus gang is trying to cheer up and distract depressed Rohit . Armaan is heart broken because of his loss of his baby , he gets even more hurt seeing Ro’s condition and lashes out at the chorus gang , ordering them tk stop n feel n understand the pain of father who just lost his child . Seeing Ar in such condition Ab gets suspicious and probes him , if he was hiding anything from her .
