Because its human nature to help others. Chuhi is dayan vile lady who has always sabotage Abhira happiness. I don't feel pity on that character.

I can’t believe people are getting bashed for wishing well for Abhira and wanting her to be selfish to save her life. I rest my case

It was shown ruhi skipping her medicine frequencty and not following doctor's advice. Ruhi accident was due to her carelessness yet no one find it wrong and terming it was due to stress and pressure .

Instead of focusing on what's good she was having lin life she was always busy in competing and jealousy with abhira unnecessary.

So, No matter at what extent abhira will do good to ruhi she will always blame and curse her .
