Episode begins with Poddar’s n goenkas worried about missing Ru . Rohit informs she has gone to meet some baba , who could predict the sex of the child . Everyone scolds Ro for letting Ru go but he shares how he tried tk stop Ru but she was desperate to k ow the child’s sex . She had over heard ladies talking about the baba.
Armaan accuses two guests for discussing about Baba and also how males were preferred than females . Armaan and Abheera give long lecture on gender equality , healthy mother n child. Abheera tells Vidya how mumma Akshara adored her daughter. Abhira feels it’s a despicable that people still thought beti is paraya dhan.
Madhav scolds Vi for allowing such thoughts in Ru.. Vi and Kb inform that they had gone for pandit ji’s blessings for both bahus n children , but pandit himself informed that only one bahu will be blessed with motherhood while the other will lose her child .
Madhav scolds Kv and Vidya for believing in such predictions .
They explain that they were only trying to get good wishes for both bahus n babies . They are worried for Ru . They try to call her but get no response . Ar Ro decide to go look for Ru . Ab too wants tk accompany them but she is stopped by everyone . They ask her to rest n relax .
At the road side passer by notices car accident n unconscious women , the forces the door open and is shocked to find a pregnant woman injured and bleeding n unconscious. By then Ro Ar locate Ru’s car n arrive there , they are shocked , they rush Ru to the hospital . They inform home and everyone is shocked as Vi gets the news of Ru meeting with accident .
Goeankas ans Poddars rush to hospital concerned for Ru . Ro is distraught . Abhimaan reassure Ro .
The doc states they have to operate on Ru , she has developed complications. She needed Spl injection which is in short supply . Ab states there was one injection kept for her , since her delivery in two months away they could use it for Ru . Ar is impressed n hugs Ab. Ro is very grateful tk bhaabhi for this kindness and hugs her tightly . Everyone gets emotional seeing AbhiMaan and Ro bonding n good will.
Soon all this stress causes Ab to go into premature labour .
Everyone panics . Docs needs the injection for Ab but there is none left .
Ar starts panicking as her injection has been administered to Ru .
Inside the labour room Ab is concerned for BSP . She asks Docs to choose to save the baby over her . Ar is very scared for Ab n BSP, he assures the doc he will arrange another 8njecrion for Ab . He goes n requests another pregnant woman . Who was having expected date few months away , to give the injection tk Ab who needed the injection right now . The pregnant women gives her injection for Ab .
docs are worried that despite the injection Ru’s complications are worsening .
Docs proceed to operate on Ab as she too becomes critical despite the injection .
All are asked to return home , only husbands are permitted to stay back .
At home everyone is very worried Manisha accuses Swarna nd Surekha for fanning trouble between Ab n Ru because of Akshata and Aarohi . They have argument n clash .

Armaan and Rohit are very scared worried for their wives and babies . They try to console eachother . the nurse arrives holding a baby and informs they could manage tk save only one baby . Ar n Ro are shocked .
