Keeping all the medical stupidities aside, I think that baby is Abhimaan's only. "Our baby would kick only when we hug each other".Somehow this will play out after baby's birth.
I do think the Dr's mistakenly presumed Abhimaan's baby to be stillborn. And the nurse is taking that baby to Armaan to see for once. And Abhimaan will hug the baby to grieve together and the baby will come back to life.
