Armaan speaks of trauma of losing his bio mom. but Ab has also suffered the pain of losing bio dad before she was even born. so she also knows the pain of not having one parent . she is just trying to hope for good things to happen. infertile bola tha but she is pregnant so she thinks that she could have a baby despite high risk too as long as they are careful. and that risk seems worth it to her if its for the sake of their baby. because the alternative is voluntarily ending the pregnancy. its a tough choice for sure. if instead of baby, Armaan or Abhira had to risk their lives to save each other, they'd do it na. so she is just extrapolating that rationale to their baby now. Armaan would be saying what Ab is, if he was in her shoes too. he feels helpless because its not his life thats at risk but Ab's and that scares him. but if he was asked to risk his life for baby, he would do it too.
