Who changed Abhira's reports?

I assume KP changed Abhira's reports as the doctor was her confidate, so it was easier for her to change reports. She assured Vidya that now Ar-Ab will be closer to the family, with the thought of not having their own children. Her agenda has always been to get her power and control back in PH and PF, even more than separating Armaan and Abhira.

Abhira was a threat to her power as she rebelled against her several times. KP even mentioned to Sanjay that Abhira can be a threat to PF, so having her join PF is better. When Abhira refused to sign prenup, KP came up with a better plan (maybe after seeing Ar-Ab's painting with their child, in their happy home). Kaveri Poddar controlled & tamed Abhira like she always wanted by alienating her & Armaan using their so called maa, offering her a job at PF & then supporting her over her favorite pyaari dulaari Vidya. KP's family left her for Abhira, as they couldn't see KP being extremely unfair to Abhira. Now they will all turn against Abhira by seeing KP being unfair to everyone else, for Abhira.

Kaveri Poddar has always been a manipulator, the puppet master who treated family members as investment. She took a backseat for a while only to execute her plan to win the war (KP mentioned about a war she aimed to win). Though she wouldn't have expected Vidya rebelling and attempting to take control of PH by taking decisions on her own. As she is betrayed by Vidya and Sanjay now she will be nicer to Abhira, to make Vidya feel worthless after her KP bhakti for years. Strategic planning & calculative moves to keep things under her control define Kaveri Poddar. "Maa" is not being called out for considering infertility a crime being a woman herself because maa is going to be whitewashed, as it will all be proven KP's planning. Maa kabhi galat nahi hoti though Dadi galat ho sakti hai. The question is did the writers planned on going this route, considering their disinterest towards proper handling of S4 major tracks?

It can also be possible that nobody changed Abhira's reports though it's a rare chance as during divorce case, actors confirmed there was no divorce, this time actors confirmed reports are changed, but we never know they can change their own track (based on TRP), we might get to see Abhira undergoing treatment or cardiovascular surgery (as per reports she has heart-related disorder) or she will have unplanned complicated pregnancy like her mama, nani & par nani. Chances of surrogacy track are rare (as it was rejected in yrkkh spin off). Chances of adoption track are also rare, though it would be a nice change to see them adopt a child, even if they have to go against Vidya & KP for it, instead of risking Abhira's life.

@bold yeah that also in first three months of marriage. They are behaving as if they tried every possible solution during 8-10 years of marriage.

yeah that can also be possible as, if Abhira had any heart related disorder she would've experienced other symptoms too. Most of all she wouldn't have fainted just once.
