Yes Kaveri doesn't trust Rohits capability and she has time and again mentioned Armaan is her investment, so that's bound to happen..... I don't actually get what you mean by like ML but from what I see he is a character with lot of layers and his character sketch is much more deep than what appears on surface ...... Abhira is attached to his family and calls them her family despite being with them for span of a year and he has lived with this family for the most part of his life he is burdened by guilt and gratitude, expecting him to break free within a fraction of second would not match with his character sketch.

he needs to become a strong man with self respect..he can’t be falling at these 2 womens feet constantly. Kaveri has called him and his biological mom Ganda khoon, sautela so many times..and vidya has never really stood up for him when it really mattered.. yes he’s so grateful that they took them,into their family…but he needs to realise..they didn’t do him a favour..he’s a full podaar and has a right to that house and that family..and he needs to start standing up for his rights.
