She most likely got double the jhatka, with both pieces of information coming to light, about infertility and that Armaan and RUHI knew before her, that Armaan hid it from her. She probably misunderstands that he shared this with Ruhi and not her since he stops her from finding out what is in the paper and asks her to trust him.

@bold they need to do an ultrasound to check for this isn’t it ..and no one said anything ..I am saying you need to run hormone tests that might give some indication of imbalance ..but even that is not enough to make a definitive statement about infertility …this is just utter rubbish that they’re showing ..

They may show her getting an ultrasound as the reports are out on Sangeet day. Probably not in the episode but it would be implied that tests are done.
