it's a hindi word (infact..sanskrit ) , English translations may distort the meaning ... Plus , it's not abhi"maaan" , maan means pride or self esteem..it's abhiman , abhi+man (in hindi / sanskrit , it'll be written as mann ) the meaning of which is explained in the prev posts p.16...I can't believe I'm this Vella to go on and on abt a stupid thing 🤣 kuch bhi Bolo kuch bhi samjho..the name abhira itself is jinxed, from the prev season , no wonder it came to abhiman ..CVS picked it up frm here ..

Right. And I did not ask for anyone to stop using it? Neither did I attack the fans? The OP whom I had intially responded to said that it is a "perfect" couple name which I found a tadbit funny because a) it factually, literally, means self-conceit (even in a positive sense) and b) is a cult classic film about a decidedly imperfect couple.
