I don't understand one thing, why are always older actors paired with younger actresses but it's not the vice versa? Like aged (or even mid aged in their 30s) actresses barely get any lead roles.

I literally hate this culture and can be seen in TV industry, bollywood or anywhere.

This is a kind of sexism only. 😕
