Referring without her knowledge or without her asking is not needed .
Referring cases is also a mutual understanding in professional space. The referral is coming from a "poddar" and not from just armaan.
She's uber sensitive right now. So anything done without her knowledge or in a way that feels like ehsaan to her will bother her.
I think she needs space, small thoughtful gestures which are a buildup to the point where he can sit her down and ask her to hear him out so that he can explain his side.
She doesn't need him to refer a case but just offer her ideas or words of encouragement.
