But he was a little more complicated because Ruhi was his first infatuation..so he believed he loves her and she’ll always be in his heart and abhira was just a zimmedari.. so that was the camouflage he was using, but he was doing the same thing as abhira..getting engulfed in the intimacy of marriage..sharing the bed with her..going out with her as a married couple..helping her with her studies..taking care of her..which is also all part of marriage..and he also slowly developed feelings for her..but he hasn’t understood or realised it..as he’s been programmed by himself…into believing Ruhi is who he wants to,marry as she’s podaars perfect bahu.. and abhira is his zimmedari..but now abhira is no longer zimmedari and he knows he doesn’t love Ruhi..so the writers will just have to show us how he realises that he has fallen in love with abhira .which they have started doing..and once he realises that..then he’ll have to,realise that he needs to Marry for love this time and not due to fulfilling the wishes of other people...his first marriage to abhira was due to fulfilling aksharas wish..and now he’s fulfilling his family and Ruhis wish..So soon..he’ll have to learn that His marriage this time should be to,fulfill his wishes..that is..he should marry for love and not for anything else..🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree to all this if it was a film or a web series .. but yeh sab realisation will only happen if they are ending the show .. yes he is felling angsty which is what should have happened when the divorce happened.. he should not have agreed to marry Ruhi .. he should have loudly and clearly told Kaveri n Vidya .. Ruhi when she married my younger brother became a younger sister to me .. I really want her to marry and settle down but I don’t want to be the person .. he could have been even more brutal and told Vidya can you marry Chachasa if something happened to My father ..

if he had said this very loudly infront of the family… that Ruhi is just like Charu n Kiara for me .. Kaveri Poddar would have no face .. and his father and both his uncles would have backed him in this .. he could have also said I look at Ruhi and I think of Rohit .. I cannot do this to my younger brother

Can someone explain the definition of self respect?? Either I’m not understanding or the makers are confused. Abhira didn’t accept cheques or job recommendations from the poddars because she don’t want to loose her self respect.. but she went as a dancer girl to a bachelor’s party, went back to the same house as a wedding planner where she got humiliated just a night before. the reason is she wants to build the resort kitchen.. She says she got that wedding planner job due to her credibility.. but at a work place if someone is harassing you, torturing you mentally, why do you have to tolerate and work? Is it not for money? then is it ok to bare everything if someone is abusing sexually just because you are in need of money?What happen to her self respect now?The show is giving wrong message to the women who are thinking of becoming independent and chasing the dreams..
