Along with this I would like to add, no need to take armaan's words seriously & wait for ruhi's pathetic life, armaan will fulfill every duty of a husband, but with a sada hua face. Ot it could be his doubt that he can't keep ruhi happy so bailing himself out warning about marriage only for family, so that in future she can't accuse him. Ruhi will say I will support you through thick & thin, and armaan will get over his guilt for abhira (if he has any) & will be okay with ruhi in few days, or ruhi will share this with manish & he will get promise from dadisa so ruhi will be always safe

Comparing it with anupama n Ghum S1 is silly because in both cases there were kids involved after separation… in anupama the kids were grown up ..and married too .. In Ghum S1 one kid was with each parent

Ruhi has to agree, what justification will she give vidya. If marriage was vidya's idea, ruhi would have had option to proceed or to reject. Goenkas toh will be happy if she rejects the proposal, but with vidya knowing whole truth, ruhi can't back off

Also she knows how armaan & abhira initially were in their zimmedaari waali shaadi without family's support so she might think with family on her side, armaan will slowly start loving her
