As far as i know it was only mentioned in the initial promo. Jo log promo nahi dekhte sirf episodes dekhte hai, unko toh yahi lagega ki Abheera, Abhira ki beti hai. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Can't blame your cousin sister Diya. Even some SM fan pages used to think she was lead couple's daughter. I saw many shorts in YT and reels in IG. Gen 3 ML fans used to correct it in the comment sections because they did not want new fans to associate gen 3 ML with her in any way.

All thanks to Ruhi Birla's lustful legacy (arrey I am talking about Sirat and no one else!), this show is going down the train. She wants to break a holy alliance like marriage, wants to impure a pure ritual at the temple... If she gets kicked out along with that Ar the sautela baharwala, and Ab gets a good ML, then the pace of the show picks up.

Cannot stand Ruhi Birla at all. Tum jao, Poddar ghar se jao, tumhe dekh liye, mera chain chinn gaya, aur nahin dekhna tumhe, jao, jao, jao, mere ITV se jao!

Channel didn’t give notice when trps are at 1.6-1.7 for weeks before gen4 started…I don’t think they are gonna get any notice or slot change….

well they did get a notice, that’s the reason they hurriedly brought a new gen… makers had planned to stretch the past gen for another 6 months but the leads refused to extend their contract… so they had no option but to go for gen leap… warna Ab ka kuch aur naam hota and uski ek behen hoti from og Abhira and phir 3 sisters ki story hoti… and Ruhi wouldn’t have been butchered for FL.. aur shayad Ab fl hi na hoti… but destiny had other plans…

I don’t remember any iv where actors said there won’t be another gen but yes rajan had said many times in his ivs that he wish to touch 5000 episode mark.. he had thought that with gen 3 only he will touch it but couldn’t.. ab lagta hai 4th gen se bhi aur 700 episodes kichna possible nahi hai… so probably bohat jald Abhira and Ruhi ki beti aayengi nex gen mein legacy badane keliye … Rajan itni jaldi toh nahi chodega iss serial ko😅

There is always plan B…I don’t think this show is ending yet…they will definitely do it for 5 more years or 10 in case of silver jubilee

Rishta toh was never sasta. But the day some people latched onto it, the show is losing its worth (I'm talking, of course about Ruhi Birla). Throw her out and the show will be back to high trp in no time.

I haven't watched any previous gens, but from what I see on SM and twt, viewers from Gen 1 are all saying the same thing – Rishta stopped being Rishta after Gen 2, the vibes are just gone. Gen 3 was bad, and Gen 4 went even further downhill in terms of character execution and plot. They should've never picked up this Ghum plot cuz they're clearly failing to execute it with any proper storyline. My mom stopped watching this show on TV – triangle drama aside, she finds the story very bad, no drama, nothing. Even the fl, they're making her dumb thats why my mom said. My mom prefers characters like Sai, she even likes Savi, I don't know why tho. Tbh, Rishta is still going on because it has a loyal fanbase who will watch it no matter what. They'll complain about the plots but still watch it. Other shows on SP come and go, but Rishta wouldn't have survived if it didn't have such a loyal fanbase. I don't think they're going to notice anything – if the TRP stays low, they're going to do something to bring in another leap. Idk, but I think stretching it to another gen is kinda hard, but who knows.
