In the eyes of law all murderers are same. Only exception is ppl having mental illness. Rest all people would be punished same way unless they can prove it was not in their hand to save other person or they did it for self defence.

I can not go to court and say i was so dumb and made a mistake killed some one. Who willl take responsibility of giving bread and butter to victims family. All murderers are treated equally and only court decides who is guilty and who is not guilty.

And in this show death is a mistake ppl are never punished for killing so why only yuvraj is moral policed. I personally feel it was justice served moment IYKYK

Court does not categorize killer as

Villain, parallel lead, cameos , leads. No matter who it is they are killer.

All murders are not same in the eyes of law.Mental illness is not the only exception...self defense, sudden provocation, premeditation, consent are also the exception. There a a lot of categories, but it basically depends on the circumstances, the accused "intentions" and the the knowledge of the injury that it will cause murder.

I am not refuting your statement. But when deciding the punishment the criminal history of the offender, her/his background everything will take in to consideration. Even in the murder case capital punishment is rare.
