Yes Ruhi falling sick track was for Ruhi to realise how much Armaan is into his marriage.

I also feel that this track was for Abhira to think that Ruhi is very important for Armaan when she comes to know the truth about them. Armaan missed her treat because he was taking care of Ruhi. She will remember all this when the truth comes out. I think she did feel bad that Armaan did not come for her treat. That is why she refused to give the treat again.

Its 2nd day in a row mere episode reviews shift ho rahe..AA AT hain but obviously conversations related to them would involve other characters as well wouldn't it?
